FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions!

1. Who runs the MJJVaults shop?

MJJVaults is a one-person operation, and I personally handle the designs, product selection, shop management, releases, announcements, customer communication, and everything else that comes with running the store. There isn't a team behind the scenes handling orders for me.

Because of that, please understand that I'm not a massive company with a warehouse, customer service department, or staff available around the clock. I do my best to make everything as professional and reliable as possible, but I'm still one person running this entire project alongside everything else in my life. I appreciate your patience if it takes me a little while to respond to a question or issue.

2. Who actually prints and ships my order?

I don't personally print, package, or ship your merchandise. MJJVaults uses Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners to produce and fulfill the products sold through this shop.

Once I submit a design and a customer places an order, the actual production, printing, packaging, and shipping process is handled by them. That means I don't have physical control over your shirt, hoodie, poster, or other item once it enters fulfillment.

I'll always do my best to help if something goes wrong, but I cannot personally inspect every item before it reaches you. If an issue is caused during printing, manufacturing, packaging, or shipping, I'll work with Fourthwall to address it.

3. How do I know the designs will be high quality?

I export every design I create at the highest practical quality possible. My files are exported at resolutions well above 3840×2160 where the design requires it, and I take care to make sure the artwork being submitted is as clean and high-resolution as I can make it.

I do not intentionally upload low-resolution artwork and hope that the printer fixes it. I prepare the files myself and make sure they're suitable for production before they go into the shop.

That said, the final physical product is produced by Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners. If a design looks sharp and correct in the file I submitted but appears blurry, pixelated, distorted, incorrectly positioned, or otherwise different when printed, that is most likely a production or fulfillment issue rather than an issue with the original design file.

If you believe something was printed incorrectly, please contact me with clear photos so I can determine what happened and, if necessary, bring the issue to Fourthwall.

4. What if there is a mistake with my order?

If the mistake was made by me, I'll own it.

If I accidentally put the wrong design, information, product, or other detail into the shop, I'll do what I can to correct the situation. However, if the design and product listing were correct when I submitted them and the mistake happened during printing, manufacturing, packaging, or fulfillment, that's a different situation.

In that case, I'll provide Fourthwall with the information and evidence they need to investigate the issue. I cannot personally replace or reprint an item because I am not the company physically producing it.

Please send me your order information and clear photos of the problem, and I'll take it from there.

5. Can I get a refund or return my order?

For the most part, no. General returns and refunds are not accepted simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, no longer want the item, or otherwise decided that you don't want the product after ordering.

Most of these products are made to order, meaning an item is produced specifically because you purchased it. I can't simply put your returned shirt back on a shelf and sell it to someone else.

That said, if there is a legitimate problem with the order that was not caused by you, I'll do my best to work with Fourthwall to find a solution. If Fourthwall made a production or fulfillment error, I'll let them know and provide the necessary information.

Please check product descriptions, size charts, colors, and other information carefully before placing your order.

6. What happens after I place my order?

Once you place an order, it goes into the fulfillment process. From that point forward, I do not physically handle your merchandise.

I don't print it. I don't operate the printing equipment. I don't package it. I don't put it into a shipping box. I don't hand it to the carrier.

Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners handle those parts of the process.

Because of this, I am not responsible for things that happen during production or shipping that are outside of my control. I will absolutely try to help when something goes wrong, but please understand the difference between me operating the MJJVaults shop and Fourthwall actually producing and shipping the item.

7. What if my package is delayed, lost, damaged, or has another shipping problem?

Once an order has entered fulfillment and is shipped, I don't control the package's journey.

Shipping delays, carrier problems, damaged packages, incorrect handling by the carrier, or other issues that occur after the item leaves the fulfillment facility are outside my direct control.

If your package arrives damaged or there is another legitimate fulfillment problem, contact me with your order information and photos when applicable. I'll help determine whether the issue can be taken to Fourthwall or the relevant fulfillment partner.

I can't personally control the carrier, speed up a package, or guarantee exactly when an order will arrive. Please keep that in mind before ordering.

8. What if I ordered the wrong size, color, or product?

Please double-check everything before you place your order.

I provide the available product information and size charts so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. If you order the wrong size, select the wrong color, enter the wrong information, or simply change your mind after ordering, I generally cannot offer a return or refund.

Because I don't personally stock or print these products, I can't just swap your item for another one myself.

Please take a minute to review your cart before completing your purchase. It can save both of us a headache.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

To put it simply, no.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to stop or cancel it. Remember, these products are made specifically for your order, so the fulfillment process can begin quickly.

10. What should I know before buying from MJJVaults?

The biggest thing is this: you're buying from a one-person operation.

I put a lot of time into researching, designing, preparing, and managing every release, and I care a lot about the quality of what I put the MJJVaults name on. I make my designs at the highest quality I can, carefully prepare the files, and make sure the product listings contain the information I can provide.

But I am not the company physically manufacturing your merchandise. Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners handle printing, production, packaging, and shipping.

By placing an order, please understand that I cannot personally guarantee what happens after the order enters fulfillment. If something goes wrong that is clearly a fulfillment or production error, I will absolutely do my best to help you and, when appropriate, contact Fourthwall about it.

I want you to be happy with what you order. At the same time, I need to be transparent about what I can and cannot control. MJJVaults is one person, not a corporation with a warehouse and customer service department. Your understanding of that means a lot to me.
